For Christmas my family puts out cookies and mild for Santa. Last year we didn’t put anything out for Santa. I think one year we almost put pizza and soda outs. I don’t know if Santa eats it all because one I dont know if Santa eats it all because one year he left everything. So I will make sure he eats it all this year. When I ‘m at my grandparents house they always put out cookies and mild and he always eats them. The next morning we wake up and open presents and play with them. I also go to my grandparents house and open presents.

I know about decorating the tree, Christmas present hunting, and spreading out seeds in the lawn for the reindeer. Not to mention these are also the traditions at my house. Every year we shop for a tree, then once we’re home, Bailey and I bring down all the decorations, and my family begins decorating About the presents hunting, every year my sisters and I hunt for presents . My mom has nothing against it, but she says if we find them, shes taking them back We’ve done this for while on Christmas eve, beore bed my dad spread seeds outside for the reindeer, and yes we also lay out milk/cookies for Santa too.

My family always makes Gingersnap cookies for us and our neighbors. We place licorice for hair, and m and m’s for eyes. Then we make pants out of icing as well as their shirts. When the se are done, we invite our neighbors over and eat tons of cookies. After we’ve stuffed ourselves we go down stairs and play foos ball. When we are tired of playing, we watch TV. A talk about what kind of presents we want, and which ones we think we got. Then they go home and we go to bed. All in all we have a great time. This is my family tradition.

Well besides handing out cookies to Santa, I’ve heard of people who sat out carrots for the reindeer. Also, on Christmas Eve people, like me and my family go to our grandparetns house and get presnts from uncles and aunts and open them on Christmas Eve. Of course, we also have the traditional Christmas dinner. Turkey, cranberry sauce, the traditional. Also we open all our presents at home, only on Christmas day. But before opening presents, we always have to open our stockings first. So, that’s the traditions for Christmas time me and my family celebrate!

The family traditions we do are stting up the Christmas tree, and putting presents under it for one night. Then we get to rip open the presents. Other things that we do is we set out food for Santa.

Another tradtion I know about is people hang stockings above their fire place. At my dad’s house our tradition is to make boxes instead of stockings. We decorate shoe boxes then we put them under the Christmas tree. Another tradition my family does is we go see my Aunt in Arkansas after Christmas and we open presents.

Around Christmas, my family also has tradtions. On Christmas eve at my mom’s house we get to open the biggest one first, I save those ones for Christmas!! At my dad’s house we also get to open a presnt on Christmas Eve, but my dad gives it to me, and every year we also get new pj’s to wear to bed that night! We go to Christmas parties and have Christmas dinner. Those are my Christmas Traditions.

Every year on Christmas Eve, my brother and I get to open one present each, then we put out cookies and a glass of mild for Santa. From like a week until Christmas we put all our decoratoins up so we can stand out and not hurt the surprise. Most people would think we wouldnt put decorations up but when we do then they really know that we do celebrate Christmas. Another tradition is that we make a lot cookies and we buy a lot of cards from Walgreens and send like 20 cards to family members and friends. Then we eat all of the cookies…oh, and we do a church Christmas play.

My family eats breakfast Christmas morning after we open presents. My mom’s side of the fmaly meets and has dinner and open presents. My dads side has lunch and adults trade presents while kids open theirs. Thats what my family does on Christmas break. My mom and dad have a party every year for all the employes at the farm that my dad and mom manage. iT IS FUN WHEN THE WORKERS TRADE PRESENTS and it goes on forever. They keep trading on and on. Thats what happens at my house on the night when we have a party.

One Christmas tradition we always spend Christmas with one part of our family or both. Either my Dad’s side or my Mom’s side. Antoerh tradition is we all gather around the Christmas tree. When we open our presents no matter how many in our house. We eat big dinners before we open presents with wither side of the family. One more tradition is that when all of us are together our dad takes us for a drive while Santa arrived, but that was when we were little. Now you know some of my traditions.

My family traditions for holidays are fun! On Christmas Eve my family starts cooking for Christmas dinner. My mom gets me and my sister to bed by 10. So Santa Claus can come. Usually I stay on the computer for 30 minutes and then Christmas morning my mom makes a big breakfast. It has pancakes, bacon, eggs, french toast, hashbrowns, orange juice or mild. After some of my family gets to my house we watch A Christmas Story. Then we open presents and eat Christmas Dinner! We wait for New Yar’s and have a BIG celebration! It’s so much fun!

I know that people put out a pine tree out and decorate it and there house. They also sing carols and donate money to the poor and homeless people. My Christmas traditions are that we open one not so major present on Christmas Eve if there is snow on the ground. Then the day after Christmas we go to a resturant like Buffalo Wild Wings or some other place.

My family puts out cookies and milk the regular traditional goods. We also celebrate Christmas cause I always have like ten Christmases. I go to my great-grandparents, dads, moms, stepmoms, and stepdads and then the whole family. One present I get every year is money. When I get up on Christmas day is between 3-4. Thats what I do for christmas.
Lauren
On Christmas break we always go to my grandma and grandpa’s house in KC. My grandma always gets me a ton of really nice present. Another tradition that we do on the holidays is we make ginger bread cookies on Christmas Eve. We always get a big plate with a bunch of cookies on it and a big glass of egg nog for Santa. It is so much fun to decorate the cookies with frosting and red hots and gum drops. The last tradition that we do is we open a present on Christmas eve every year. We have the same present it is pajamas. The last tradition that my family does is have turkey, mashed potatos, all the things you would have on thanksgiving , but on Christmas Day. Those are the tradtions that my famly does for Christmas.

My traditions are that we put out Christmas cookies for Santa and leave carrots out for the reindeer and every year there is someone that puts on the tree topper. We have just started another tradition every night we get a santa snack which is usually cookies or fruit snacks with chocolate milk or hot cocoa. We have family over and help decorate and my friends also help us make deocration for the tree and windows. When it is christmas Day we all have to wait for everyone to wake up and then we can open presents and celebrate the Christmas time.

Other Christmas traditions are putting carrots in the lawn for the reindeer. My family traditions are cookies and milk for Santa, carrots for the reindeer and we have all my moms side of the fmaily at one of the houses. Either my hoiuse or my grandmas house. We usually gather around the Christmas tree and pass out the presents one by one and one by one we open the presents. then we have a huge feast of turkey, ham, mashed potatoes, and gravy and much more, and also make Macodamian nut cookies. Then we would play games like mononply, mad gab, and etc…We would pack up and say our goodbyes.
Michael
Well we use to put out cookies, but I don’t believe in Santa anymore. New tradition is having a big Christmas dinner with my older brothers and family and spending time with family and opening presents. That’s what our traditions are.
Taylor
What I do for Christmas morning is make sure someone ate the cookies with the mild and then I go and wake up everyone. Ince everyone is up we open our stocking and pressents. Then we show each other our presents and what we got. Later on that night we have a great dinner and open up presents that our school gives us.
